摘  要:亿欣煤业主采15;煤层为价值较高的无烟煤,提高块煤率可大幅提升矿井的经济效益。经过现场试验,综合考虑施工工程量、爆破孔工程量及炸药消耗量等成本投入,确定最优方案为:工作面煤壁爆破孔深度为2.6 m,半径21 mm,炮眼间距1.0~1.5 m;共布置两排炮孔,上排炮孔距离顶板0.8~1.0 m,与水平面夹角呈3°~5°俯角打孔,下排炮孔距离底板岩层1.0~1.5 m,与水平面夹角呈3°~5°仰角打孔,水平倾斜75°;两排炮孔间距约为1.0~1.2 m,采用不耦合装药进行松动爆破。The 15;main mining coal seam of Yixin Coal Industry is anthracite with high value,and the economic benefit of the mine can be greatly improved by increasing the lump coal rate.Through field test,considering the cost input such as construction quantity,blasting hole quantity and explosive consumption,the optimal scheme is determined as follows:coal wall blasting hole depth 2.6 m,radius 21 mm,blasthole spacing 1.0-1.5 m,two rows of blastholes,upper row blasthole distance 0.8-1.0 m from roof,angle between upper blasthole and horizontal plane 3°-5°,lower blasthole 1.0-1.5 m away from floor rock.The angle between the hole and the horizontal plane is 3°-5°,the horizontal inclination is 75 °,and the distance between the two rows of holes is about 1.0-1.2 m.The loose blasting is carried out with uncoupled charge.
