摘 要:本文将建立以海上钻井平台现有应急预案为基础的三维风险管理模型平台。在3D建模软件及3D场景的交互作用模拟下,研究海上钻井平台及陆地应急管控中心在遇到突发事件或紧急情况下,根据三维预案模拟在虚拟场景中直观动态分析现场事态,进而实现高效的现场应急管理及培训,确保海上钻完井作业的高效、安全、平稳。本文为构建三维预案平台所运用的关键技术有:3D建模、模型材质渲染及生成、3D场景交互等,并通过建模软件来实现钻井平台作业风险的三维预案管理,从而提高钻井平台的应对突发事件的应急管理水平。This paper will establish a 3D risk management model platform based on the existing emergency plan of offshore drilling platform. It has been studied that under the interaction simulation of 3D modeling software and 3D scene, the offshore drilling platform and on-land emergency control center can intuitively and dynamically analyze the on-site situation in the virtual scene according to the 3D plan simulation in case of emergencies, so as to realize efficient on-site emergency management and training, and ensure the efficiency, safety and stability of offshore drilling and completion operation. The key technologies used in this paper to build the 3D emergency plan platform include: 3D modeling, model material rendering and generation, 3D scene interaction, etc., and the realization of the 3D emergency plan management of drilling platform operation risk through modeling software, so as to improve the emergency management level of drilling platform in response to emergencies.
