摘 要:通过对芳烃氨氧化流化床反应器内局部压力信号的测定,获取了NC-IV芳烃氨氧化催化剂的坍塌特性、临界流化速度和起始湍动速度等基本流化参数;利用截面平均值、标准偏差、功率谱密度和多尺度小波等多种分析方法,考察了表观气速为0.4 m/s条件下床层压力的分布以及波动规律。结果表明:不同径向位置处的时均压力轴向分布曲线基本一致,浓相区内床层压力沿轴向减小更为显著;根据压力波动分布规律,沿床层轴向依次可分为分布板影响区、气泡生长区、界面影响区和稀相区;径向上,压力波动的极值随着水平高度的增高逐渐由床层边壁处向中心处发展,并最终呈现近似水平的分布;压力信号主频出现在0~5 Hz,其相对应的能量分率沿床层轴向或径向整体上呈现先增大后减小的趋势。The basic fluidization parameters such as collapse characteristics,minimum fluidization velocity and initial turbulent velocity of NC-IV catalyst were obtained by measuring the local pressure signal in a fluidized bed reactor for aromatics ammoxidation.The pressure distribution and pressure fluctuation at the superficial gas velocity of 0.4 m/s were investigated using cross sectional mean,standard deviation,power spectral density and multi-scale wavelet.The results indicated that the axial distribution curves of the time-averaged pressure at different radial positions were basically the same,and the bed pressure decreased more significantly along the axial direction in the dense phase region.According to the pressure fluctuation distribution,along the axial direction of the bed,it could be divided into grid region,bubble growing region,interface influence region and dilute phase region.With the increase of horizontal height,the maximum value of radial distribution of pressure fluctuation gradually developed from the side wall of the bed to the center,and finally presented an approximate horizontal distribution.The main frequency of pressure signal appeared in the range of 0-5 Hz,and its corresponding signal energy fraction increased first and then decreased along the axial or radial direction of the bed.
