摘  要:以聚丙烯腈(PAN)初生纤维和含硅油剂S为原料,在纺丝试验线上考察了挤压胶辊材质、油剂浓度、导辊数量、膨润度和含水率对PAN纤维含油率及其变异系数(CV值)的影响规律。确定了较优的上油条件:胶辊材质A,挤压压力为0.10 MPa,上油导辊数为7,PAN纤维膨润度为80%,含水率为小于45%。在此上油条件下,采用索氏抽提法测试了PAN纤维含油率为1.00%,油剂均匀分布在PAN纤维的表面,干燥致密化热辊表面无油剂硬渍残留,提高了碳纤维的断裂强度和初始模量。Regard polyacrylonitrile(PAN)as-spun fiber and silicon containing oil agent as row material,it was investigated the law of roller material,oil concentration,number of guide rollers,swelling degree,moisture content in PAN-fiber and oiling rate of PAN-fiber,coefficient of variation on the spinning test line.Proper oiling conditions were optimized as roller material type A,0.10 MPa of roller pressure,7 of number of guide rollers,80%of swelling degree,less than 45%of moisture content.Under these oiling circumstances,oil content of PAN-fiber was 1.00%taking the Soxhlet extractor method,oil agent was distributed on the surface of PAN-fiber,no oil solidified block appearance on drying densification roller,both breaking strength and initial modulus were improved.
