摘 要:以尾叶紫薇的成熟种子为研究材料,比较和分析EMS不同浓度和处理时间对尾叶紫薇种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,EMS处理能够抑制尾叶紫薇的种子萌发和幼苗生长,浓度越高、处理时间越长,抑制作用越明显,4%浓度处理8 h和12 h后全部致死。2%浓度处理4 h的相对致死率为48.18%,接近半致死浓度。利用matlab建立了插值模型,获得尾叶紫薇EMS诱变的理论半致死剂量为:浓度0.78%+12 h,或浓度2.11%+4 h。经过4%浓度处理4 h后,诱变株在叶部形态和株型上发生了明显的变化。In this experiment,mature seeds of Lagerstroemia caudata were used as research materials,and the effects of different concentrations of EMS and treatment time on the seed germination and seedling growth of Lagerstroemia caudata were compared and analyzed.The results showed that EMS treatment could inhibit the seed germination and seedling growth of Lagerstroemia caudata.The higher the concentration,the longer the treatment time,and the more obvious the inhibitory effect.The 4%treatment reached total lethality after 8 h and 12 h.The relative lethality rate of 2%treatment for 4 hours was 48.18%,which was close to the half-lethal concentration.The interpolation model was established using matlab,and the theoretical half-lethal dose of Lagerstroemia caudata EMS mutagenesis was obtained.The treatment concentration was 0.78%for 12 h or 2.11%for 4 h.After 4 hours of treatment with 4%EMS,the mutant plants had obvious changes in leaf morphology and plant type.
