摘 要:发掘可供宁夏盐碱地种植的优良牧草种质资源,以湖南稷子,宁夏无芒稗和朝牧一号稗子等3种牧草种子为研究材料,采用室内种子萌发试验方法,将中性盐和碱性盐按以下摩尔比例混合:A处理(NaCl∶Na_(2)SO_(4)=1∶1)、B处理(NaCl∶Na_(2)SO_(4)∶NaHCO_(3)=1∶2∶1)、C处理(NaCl∶Na_(2)SO_(4)∶NaHCO_(3)∶Na_(2)CO_(3)=1∶1∶1∶1),设置8个浓度梯度(30,60,90,120,150,200,250,350 mmol/L)进行实验。结果表明,3组混合盐碱胁迫对3种稗草种子萌发各项指标均有不同程度的抑制作用,随着盐浓度的升高与碱性盐比例的增加,发芽时长延长,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数下降,相对盐害率升高。混合盐碱胁迫为C处理时,对3种牧草种子的萌发抑制作用最强。3种牧草比较,朝牧一号稗子的种子萌发期对3组混合盐碱胁迫处理的耐盐适宜浓度、耐盐半致死浓度与耐盐致死浓度高于湖南稷子种子,宁夏无芒稗种子耐盐阈值最低。To excavate fine forage germplasm resources for planting in Ningxia saline-alkali land,the seeds of Echinochloa frumentacea,Echinochloa crusgalli and Echinochloa crusgalli were used as research materials to conduct seed germination test in room.Mixed with neutral and alkaline salts in the following molar ratios,namely treatment A(NaCl∶Na_(2)SO_(4)=1∶1),treatment B(NaCl∶Na_(2)SO_(4)∶NaHCO_(3)=1∶2∶1)and treatment C(NaCl∶Na_(2)SO_(4)∶NaHCO_(3)∶Na_(2)CO_(3)=1∶1∶1∶1),with eight concentration gradients(30,60,90,120,150,200,250,350 mmol/L).The results showed that the mixed saline-alkali stress had different inhibitory effects on the germination indexes of the three kinds of barnyard grass seeds.With the increase of salt concentration and the proportion of alkaline salt,the germination process was prolonged,the germination percentage,germination potential,germination index and vigor index decreased,and the relative salt damage rate increased.The inhibitory effect of the mixed salinity on three forage grasses was the strongest with treatment C.Compared with the three forage grasses,the suitable salt-tolerant concentration,salt-tolerant half-lethal concentration,and salt tolerant concentration of the seed germination period of E.crusgalli under the three groups of mixed saline-alkali stress treatments were higher than those of E.frumentacea seeds and E.crusgalli seeds had the lowest salt-tolerant threshold.
