摘 要:为探究不同预处理对柴达木盆地小果白刺种子萌发的影响,改善柴达木盆地高寒湿地的盐渍土地现状,寻求提高萌发指标、缩短萌发周期的小果白刺最佳预处理方案,以青藏高原柴达木盆地小果白刺为研究对象,对其进行机械磨损+冷冻、强碱浸泡+冷冻、机械磨损+冷藏、强碱浸泡+冷藏、机械磨损+常温、强碱浸泡+常温等6组双因素处理,研究各处理对小果白刺发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、萌发周期的影响。结果表明,机械磨损+冷冻处理对小果白刺的萌发指标、萌发周期具有极显著影响,其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数分别为92.22%、78.89%、37.36,萌发周期为9 d是最佳预处理方案。强碱浸泡+冷冻、强碱浸泡+冷藏、机械磨损+常温等处理对小果白刺的萌发指标有显著影响,机械磨损+冷藏组对小果白刺的萌发指标影响最小。To explore the effects of different pretreatment on the seed germination of Nitraria tangutorum in Qaidam Basin, to improve the status of saline land in alpine wetland of Qaidam Basin and to seek the best pretreatment scheme to improve the germination index and shorten the germination period, N. tangutorum from Qaidam Basin of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was used as experimental materials to investigate the effects of different treatments on germination rate, germination potential, germination index, germination cycle of N. tangutorum. The treatments included mechanical wear with freezing, strong alkali immersion with freezing, mechanical wear with cold storage, strong alkali immersion with cold storage, mechanical wear with normal temperature, strong alkali immersion with normal temperature. The results showed that the group of mechanical wear with freezing had significant effect on the germination index and germination cycle, and the germination rate, germination potential and germination index were 92.22%, 78.89% and 37.36, respectively, and the germination cycle was 9 d, which was the best pretreatment program. The three pretreatment groups including strong alkali soaking with freezing, strong alkali soaking with cold storage, mechanical wear with room temperature had significant effects on the germination index of N. tangutorum, while the group of mechanical wear with cold storage had the least effect on the germination index of N. tangutoru.
