摘　　要：园艺作物是事关民生的重要农产品,在调整农业结构、促进农民增收和农业增效等方面发挥了重要作用。优良健康的种苗是园艺产业绿色高质量发展的基础。本文系统总结了我国园艺作物种苗生产供应情况,梳理了种苗生产从传统自繁自育、繁育技术起步、提升推广到创新发展的历史进程,总结了各地种苗生产的经验特点,分析了影响种苗质量安全的瓶颈问题,研判了未来种苗生产将呈现规模化、标准化、产业化、多样化的发展趋势,提出了推动园艺作物种苗产业健康发展的对策建议。Horticultural crops are important agricultural products related to people’s livelihood.They have played an important role in adjusting agricultural structure,increasing farmers’income and increasing agricultural production efficiency.Good quality and healthy seedlings are the basis of the green and high-quality development of horticultural industry.This paper systematically summarizes the production and supply situation of horticultural crops seedlings in China,describing the history of development from traditional self breeding to modern breeding technology as well as the process of technology extension and innovation.The experience and characteristics of seedling production in various places of China was summarized,and the bottleneck problems affecting seedling quality and safety were analyzed,the development tendency of seeding industry were predicted as large-scale,standardization,industrialization and diversified production,and the policy and management suggestions on further promoting the healthy development of seedling industry were proposed.
