摘　　要：巩膜炎是临床相对少见的急性痛性疾病,中医称之为“火疳”“火疡”,历代医家多据“五轮学说”从肺论治,巩膜炎可分急性发作期与慢性恢复期,急性期其本在心,治疗以清泻心火为法贯穿始终,临床以四妙勇安汤为基本方加减;慢性期倡导未病先防,根据社会环境、体质等因素以疏肝养血、健脾祛湿为法,以四物汤联合逍遥散加减治疗,为巩膜炎的治疗提供了新思路。Scleritis is a relatively rare acute painful disease in clinic,which is called"fire chancre"or"fire ulcer"in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Doctors from ancient dynasties had treated scleritis from the lung according to the Five Wheel Theory.Scleritis can be divided into acute attack stage and chronic recovery stage.The root cause of scleritis in the acute stage lies in the heart,so that the treatment is carried out by clearing and purging heart fire from beginning to end,and Simiao Yong’an Decoction is the basic formula in clinic,while the idea of preventing before disease onset is advocated in the chronic stage,so that the addition and subtraction prescription of Siwu Decoction combined with Xiaoyao Powder is used according to the social environment,physique and other factors,under the govening therapy of soothing the liver and nourishing blood,strengthening the spleen and removing dampness.Those methods provide new ideas for the treatment of scleritis.
