针刺蝶腭神经节治疗干眼的研究进展

摘　　要：干眼是眼科中的常见病、多发病,其发病率逐年攀升。近年来,有学者发现针刺蝶腭神经节(SPG可治疗干眼。SPG位于颜面部翼腭裂的深处,左右各一。针刺SPG的最佳位置为颧弓弓形切迹下方约1~2 cm的骨间隙。针刺时使用特制的新吾针,针尖稍微斜向内上方,缓慢平稳的刺入约60 mm。针刺SPG可直接兴奋副交感神经节所支配的眶支及促进扩血管物质的释放,还可以通过整体调节作用,促使大脑皮层神经组织功能重组,恢复正常的生理状态,从而增加泪液的分泌,缓解干眼症状。针刺SPG治疗干眼具有见效快、选穴少、无需辨证等优点,有良好的发展前景,为治疗干眼开拓了一个新途径。Dry eye is a common and frequently-occurring disease in ophthalmology.Its incidence rate is increasing year by year.In recent years,researchers have found that acupuncturing sphenopalatine ganglion(SPG)can be applied to treat dry eye.SPG is located deep in the fissura pterygopalatina,one on the left and one on the right.The best position to acupuncture SPG is located in the bone space about 1~2 cm below the zygomatic arch.A special Xinwu needle is used to acupuncture SPG,with the needle tip slightly inclined inward and upward when needling,and the needle enters about 60 mm slowly and stably.Acupuncturing SPG can directly excite the orbital branch dominated by parasympathetic nerve and promote the release of vasodilators,and it can also promote the functional reorganization of cerebral cortical nerve tissue and restore normal physiological state through overall regulation,so as to increase the secretion of tears and alleviate the symptoms of dry eye.Acupuncturing SPG to treat dry eye has the advantages of quick effect,less acupoint selection,and no deed for syndrome differentiation,which has a good development prospects,and opens up a new way for the treatment of dry eye.
