摘  要:以氯化钠纯度标准物质为原料,超纯水为溶剂,采用重量–容量法制备了水中氯离子溶液标准物质,系统阐述了水中氯离子溶液标准物质的研制方法。采用离子色谱法对制备的水中氯离子溶液标准物质进行分析,通过F–检验和回归曲线法对色谱数据进行计算,方差分析和线性拟合结果表明该溶液标准物质具有良好的均匀性和稳定性。研制的水中氯离子溶液标准物质的定值结果为1 000 mg/L,相对扩展不确定度U_(rel)=1%(k=2)。用研制的标准物质与国家二级标准物质进行比对,结果表明制备的标准物质的准确度满足要求。该标准物质量值准确,且具有溯源性,可用于水中氯离子测量过程的质量控制及分析方法的确认和评价,还可以满足测量仪器的校准、新方法的研究以及能力验证。Reference material of chloride ion solution was prepared by the weight–volume method by using sodium chloride standard material as raw material and ultrapure water as solvent.It was systematically introduced of the process to prepare reference material of chloride ion solution.The reference material of chloride ion solution was analyzed by ion chromatography.The chromatographic data were analyzed by F test and regression curve method.The results of variance analysis and linear fitting showed that the standard material of the chloride ion solution had good uniformity and stability.The certified value of the reference materials was 1 000 mg/L with relative expanded uncertainty of 1%(k=2).Finally,the developed standard substance was compared with national secondary standard substance,the results showed that the accuracy of the preparation method met the requirements.The quantity value of the reference material was accuracy and traceable.It can be used for quality control of chloride measurement process in water,confirmation and evaluation of analytical methods,the calibration of measuring instruments,research of new methods and ability verification.
