摘 要:采用光电离质谱法测定卷烟抽吸过程中烟气成分在人体呼吸道的截留。将烟气采样系统与光电离质谱相结合,通过取样毛细管的长度优化、烟气成分的光电离质谱图定性分析、吸入和呼出的流量数据优化,实现吸入和呼出烟气的直接采样和质谱检测,以计算卷烟抽吸过程中烟气成分的人体呼吸道截留率。结果表明,吸烟者经口腔循环抽吸卷烟时,烟气成分在人体呼吸道的截留率为55.7%~74.3%;经肺部循环抽吸卷烟时,烟气成分在人体呼吸道的截留率为77.6%~94.6%。该仪器方法操作简便快速,适用于吸入毒理学研究领域关于有害成分在人体呼吸道截留的评价研究。The retention of smoke compounds in human respiratory tract during cigarette smoking by photoionization mass spectrometry was established.A smoke sampling system was designed and combined with a photoionization mass spectrometry.After the optimization of length of the sampling capillary and the qualitative analysis of smoke compounds in the photoionization mass spectrum,the combined system was applied to the direct sampling and detection of inhaled and exhaled smoke from smoker.With the optimized flow data,the human respiratory tract retention of smoke components during cigarette smoking was calculated.The results showed that the human respiratory tract retention rate of smoke components was 55.7%–74.3% under the oral circulation smoking regime,and 77.6%–94.6% under the pulmonary circulation smoking regime.The instrument method is simple and rapid,and it is applicable to the evaluation of human respiratory tract exposure to harmful components in the field of inhalation toxicology.
