摘  要:建立了气相色谱–串联质谱(GC–MS)法测定不同基质油料作物中氟乐灵、炔螨特和氟硅唑含量的方法。样品用乙腈提取,经过盐析、净化、离心、氮吹后,用乙酸乙酯溶液复溶,用有机系滤膜过滤后,以GC–MS法检测。考察了加水浸泡、超声时间、提取剂和不同基质对回收率的影响。氟乐灵、炔螨特和氟硅唑的质量浓度与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.99,检出限分别为0.013,0.013,0.02 mg/kg。测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.4%~8.8%(n=6),样品加标回收率为91%~108%。该方法简单、重现性好,并且具有较高的灵敏度、准确度、分离效果好,可用于日常快速检验油料作物中氟乐灵、炔螨特和氟硅唑的含量。A gas chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method was established to determine the content of trifluralin,propargyl mite and flusilazole in different base oil crops.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile,and after salting out,purification,centrifugation,and nitrogen blowing,it was reconstituted with ethyl acetate solution and filtered with an organic filter membrane for GC–MS analysis.The effects of rehydration,ultrasound time,extractant and different matrices on the recovery rate were also investigated.There was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the mass concentration of fluralin,acetylene acarte and flusilazole,the correlation coefficients were more than 0.99,and the detection limits were 0.013,0.013 and 0.02 mg/kg,respectively.The relative standard deviation of determination results was 2.4%–8.8%(n=6).The recovery rate was 91%–108%.Through actual measurement of actual samples,the method is simple,reproducible,and it has high sensitivity,accuracy,and good separation effect.It can be used for daily rapid inspection of the content of trifluralin,propargyl mite and flusilazole in oil crops.
