摘  要:为研究熔融沉积成型聚醚醚酮(PEEK)材料的竖直和水平两种层间结合强度对复合加工质量的影响,以曲面模型为研究对象展开对比实验,沿竖直和水平方向堆积打印a_(1),a_(2)和b_(1),b_(2)两组试样,对a_(1),b_(1)试样进行沿横向曲面铣削加工,对a_(2),b_(2)试样进行沿纵向曲面铣削加工,对铣削力、表面粗糙度和表面形貌进行对比分析。结果表明,不同打印方向试样的铣削表面质量有明显不同。a_(1),a_(2)试样的铣削面出现毛刺、分层等缺陷,表面粗糙度分别为3.620,3.546μm。b_(1),b_(2)试样的铣削面光滑,表面粗糙度分别为1.220,1.393μm;不同方向走刀未对打印成型试样铣削加工质量产生影响;试样层间结合强度随距底板热床高度产生变化,但对铣削加工质量的影响较小;综合来看,竖直层间结合强度过低是造成复合加工质量差的主要原因。In order to study the effects of vertical and horizontal interlayer binding strength of melt deposition formed polyether ether ketone(PEEK)material on combined machining quality,a surface model was taken as the research object to conduct a comparative experiment.Two groups of samples a_(1),a_(2),b_(1),and b_(2) were stacked and printed along the vertical and horizontal directions.The samples a_(1) and b_(1) were milled along the transverse surface,and the samples a_(2) and b_(2) were milled along the longitudinal surface.The milling force,surface roughness and surface morphology were compared and analyzed.The results show that the milling surface quality of the printed samples is obviously different with different directions.The samples a_(1) and a_(2) milling surfaces have burrs,stratification and other defects.The surface roughnesses are 3.620μm and 3.546μm,respectively.The milling surfaces of samples b_(1) and b_(2) are smooth with surface roughnesses of 1.220μm and 1.393μm,respectively.The milling quality of printed samples is not affected by different cutting directions.The interlayer binding strength of the samples varies with the height from the hot bed to the bottom plate,but it has little effect on the milling quality.Generally speaking,the low vertical interlayer binding strength is the main reason for the poor quality of combined machining.
