摘 要:结合深腔物流箱的结构特点,使用一种简化型两板热流道注塑模对其进行成型。模具布局为一模一腔。在模具中,先使用油缸驱动斜孔滑块脱模机构完成内壁斜孔的抽芯脱模;然后再通过模具的打开驱动内壁型芯抽芯完成内壁的脱模;待模腔打开后,由两个侧面斜顶滑块复合机构对两个侧壁外壁进行二次抽芯脱模;最后,由两个滑块侧抽芯机构将塑件在辅助顶杆机构的协同顶出下从型腔镶件中拔出,实现塑件的完全脱模,此脱模方法能有效避免塑件脱模损伤。依据塑件各部分的脱模难度来进行模具机构设计和模具整体结构设计,较为巧妙地解决了深腔塑件模具结构设计难题。Combined with the structural characteristics of deep-cavity logistics box,a simplified two-plate hot runner injection mold was used to form its plastic parts.The mold layout was one mold with one cavity.In the mold,firstly,the hydraulic-cylinder was used to drive the angle-hole slider demoulding mechanism to complete the core-pulling and demoulding of the inner wall angle-hole,then the inner wall core pulling was driven by the opening of the mold to complete the demoulding of the inner wall.After the mold cavity was opened,the two side lifter-slider compound mechanisms implemented secondary core-pulling and demoulding on the outer walls of the two side walls.Finally,the slider side core-pulling mechanism pulled the plastic part out of the cavity insert under the cooperative ejection of the auxiliary ejector rod mechanism,so as to realize the complete demoulding of the plastic part.This demoulding method can effectively avoid the demoulding damage of the plastic part.The mold was designed according to the demoulding difficulty of each part of the plastic part to design the mechanism and the overall structure of the mold,which cleverly solved the structural design problem of the deep-cavity plastic part.
