摘  要:穿戴扣带/扣盖装配塑件双层注塑模由两副基本结构相同的两板式冷流道子模具构成,两副子模具通过“背靠背”方式进行组合,能同步实现4个扣带塑件和8个扣盖塑件的注射成型,能有效保证成套塑件的配合精度,生产效率提高90%以上。在浇注系统中,上层子模具的两条冷流道直接通过热流道嘴供料,在热流道嘴与下层子模具的两条冷流道之间增设1个浇口衬套,用于下层子模具两条冷流道的供料。使用1个滑块抽芯机构、2个定模顶针顶出机构及1个定模浮顶推块机构完成扣带塑件局部特征的脱模。成套塑件最终由顶针顶出脱模。模具的中间定模板通过双齿条齿轮机构进行驱动。The double layer injection mold for the wearing knot/cover assembly plastic parts was composed of two pairs of two-plate cold runner sub-molds with the same basic structure.The two sub-molds were combined in the way of“back-to-back”,which simultaneously realized the injection molding of 4 knot plastic parts and 8 cover plastic parts,and effectively ensured the matching accuracy of the assembly plastic parts,and the production efficiency was increased by more than 90%.In the gating system,the two cold runners of the upper sub-mold were directly fed by the main runner of the hot runner nozzle,and a sprue bushing was added between the hot runner nozzle and the two cold runners of the lower sub-mold for the feeding of the two cold runners of the lower sub-mold.A slider core pulling mechanism,two fixed-mold ejector ejection mechanisms and a fixed-mold floating ejector block mechanism were used to complete the demoulding of the local features of the knot plastic parts.The final demoulding of the assembly plastic parts was ejected by the ejector.The intermediate fixed-plate of the mold was driven by a double rack and gear mechanism.
