摘 要:测试了三种商业级耐热丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)的耐热性能、力学性能和流变学行为,表征了ABS树脂的化学组成和微观结构,在此基础上分析了耐热ABS树脂微观结构与宏观性能的关系。结果表明,添加的耐热改性剂为N-苯基马来酰亚胺类耐热改性剂,其主要分散在苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)中,限制了SAN树脂分子链段的活动性,提高了其玻璃化转变温度,进而提高了ABS树脂的耐热性能,且添加量越高,耐热性能提升越显著。耐热改性剂的添加,在提高ABS树脂刚性的同时,降低了其韧性。韧性的降低可以通过提高体系中橡胶相的含量来改善。ABS树脂中耐热改性剂的含量越高,其类固行为越明显,分子链的活动性越差,熔体流动速率越低。The heat resistance,mechanical properties and rheological behavior of three commercial heat-resistant acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastic(ABS)were tested.The chemical composition and microstructure of heat-resistant ABS resin were characterized.Subsequently,the relationship between the microstructure and macroscopic properties of heat-resistant ABS resin was analyzed.The experimental results indicate that the added heat-resistant modifier is N-phenylmaleimide heat-resistant modifier,which is mainly dispersed in styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer(SAN),which limits the activity of the molecular chain segment of SAN resin,improves its glass transition temperature,and then improves the heat-resistant performance of ABS resin.The higher the amount of heat-resistant modifier is added,the more significant the heat-resistant performance is improved.The addition of heat-resistant modifier increases the rigidity of ABS,but reduces its toughness,which can be improved by increasing the content of rubbery phase in the system.The higher the content of heat-resistant modifier in ABS resin,the more obvious its solid-like behavior,the worse the activity of molecular chain and the lower the melt flow rate.
