摘 要:为明确高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)在高压H_(2)S输气环境下的适用性,以增强热塑性塑料(RTP)管PE-HD内衬层为样品,利用高温高压釜腐蚀测试系统,模拟现场工况,开展PE-HD在高压H_(2)S输气环境下的模拟试验,对模拟试验样品的宏观和微观形貌,质量、密度与体积变化率,拉伸屈服强度,拉伸弹性模量,断裂伸长率,邵氏硬度,维卡软化温度和傅里叶变换红外光谱进行分析。结果表明,PE-HD在高压H_(2)S输气环境下模拟试验后外观保持完好,质量、密度与体积变化较小,化学结构和拉伸屈服强度保持良好,但刚性和韧性明显下降、热稳定性稍有提高。在不考虑PE-HD气体渗透因素前提下,可作为RTP管内衬层用于油气田集输气环境。In order to clarify the applicability of high-density polyethylene(PE-HD)in high-pressure H_(2)S gas transmission environment,taking the PE-HD lining layer of reinforced thermoplastic(RTP)pipe as a sample,the high-temperature autoclave corrosion test system was used to simulate the field working conditions,and the simulation tests of PE-HD in high-pressure H_(2)S gas transmission environment were carried out.The macro and micro morphology,mass,density and volume change rate,tensile yield strength,tensile elastic modulus,elongation at break,Shore hardness,Vicat softening temperature and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy of the simulated test samples under different conditions were analyzed.The results show that after the simulation test of PE-HD in high-pressure H_(2)S gas transmission environment,the appearance remains intact,the changes of mass,density and volume are small,the chemical structure and tensile yield strength remain stable,but the rigidity and toughness are significantly reduced and the thermal stability is slightly improved.Without considering the factors of PE-HD gas permeability,it can be used as the liner of RTP pipe for oil and gas field gas gathering and transmission environment.
