摘 要:本文通过文献资料法、测量法、实验法、数理统计法,以动态热身对高校武术课教学效果影响为研究对象,对在高校武术课中引入动态热身进行了实验研究,得出动态热身能够有效提升大学生身体素质、更受到学生喜爱等结论,并提出针对性建议。Through the methods of literature review, measurement, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper takes the influence of dynamic warm-up on the teaching effect of wushu(martial arts) in colleges and universities as the research object and makes an experimental study on the introduction of dynamic warm-up in college wushu class. After 16weeks of experiment with the experimental group and the control group, compared with the traditional warm-up method, this paper draws the conclusion, that dynamic warm-up is more welcomed by the students. Suggestions are given based on this experimental result.
