密集型高层公租房设计初探——海盐经济开发区人才公寓及配套公建项目设计

摘　　要：在国家大力推广租赁住房的背景下,本文结合经济开发区的居住模式,在满足高层密集型公租房的要求下,对如何提升居住品质、有效管理社区运营,从地域风貌、政策解读、建筑设计、业态布局、数字化管理等诸多方面对海盐经济开发区人才公寓的定位和营造进行了探讨,可供相关研究参考。Under the background of China’s vigorous promotion of the rental housing market,this paper combines the housing mode of economic development zones,and discusses how to improve the living quality and effectively manage community operation from the perspective of meeting the requirements of high-rise intensive public rental housing.This paper also discusses the location and construction of talents apartment in Haiyan Economic Development Zone from the aspects of regional style,policy interpretation,architectural design,business layout,digital management and so on,which can provide reference in related research.
