装配式整体卫浴在既有老旧小区改造中的应用展望

摘　　要：卫浴间是既有老旧小区改造中居民关注的重点,然而传统卫浴间改造装修方式存在施工周期长、材料浪费、环境污染等诸多问题。本文分析了装配式整体卫浴在既有老旧小区应用的可行性,指出当前整体卫浴在既有老旧小区应用中面临的问题,并提出了几条建议,如建立既有空间装配式整体卫浴设计理论,研发具有适应性的装配式整体卫浴产品体系等,以促进整体卫浴在既有老旧小区改造中的推广应用。The bathroom is the focus of residents’ attention in the renovation of the existing old residential areas.However,the traditional bathroom renovation and decoration method has many problems,such as long construction cycle,material waste,environmental pollution and so on.This paper analyzes the application feasibility of the assembled integral bathroom in the existing old residential areas,points out the problems faced by the current application of integral bathroom in the existing old communities,and puts forward several suggestions,such as establishing the design theory of assembled integral bathroom at existing space,developing an adaptive assembled integral bathroom product system,etc,in order to promote the popularization and application of integral bathroom in the transformation of existing old residential areas.
