重大疫情背景下推动河北省文化产业发展对策研究

摘　　要：近年来,文化日益成为我国经济发展的重要资源,发展文化产业已成为我国许多地区寻找新的经济增长点的有效途径。新冠肺炎疫情的出现使我国文化产业整体受到一定影响。2020年,我国文化产业营业收入增长率不及2019年,但总额实现正向增长。河北省文化产业发展整体较为平稳,产业集聚规模有所扩大,但仍面临诸多问题,例如龙头企业较少,新业态发展处于弱势,区域发展不平衡等。本文对此提出相应建议:加强对龙头企业培育和扶植,加强文化产业新业态培育以及打造区域精品特色文化产业项目。In recent years,culture has increasingly become an important resource for China’s economic development,and the development of cultural industry has become an ef fective way to fi nd new economic growth points in many areas of China.The emergence of the epidemic has affected China’s cultural industry as a whole.In 2020,the growth rate of operating income of China’s cultural industry is lower than that in 2019,but the total amount has achieved positive growth.The overall development of cultural industry in Hebei Province is relatively stable,and the scale of industrial agglomeration has expanded,but it is still faced with many problems,such as few leading enterprises,new business’s weak development,unbalanced regional development and so on.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in this article,including strengthening the cultivation and support of leading enterprises,boosting the cultivation of cultural industry in the form of new business and creating regional high-quality cultural products as for featured cultures.
