摘　　要：目的:基于微信公众号构建用药服务平台,提供药学服务,方便患儿家长实时在线咨询用药,提升儿科药学服务质量。方法:介绍本院用药服务平台线上咨询的实践方法,汇总用药咨询内容,进行分类统计和分析。结果:本院用药服务平台包括用药咨询、科普展示、用药推送三大模块。自2020年11月~2021年3月,平台共积累稳定用户2000余人;收集1272条用药咨询,主要集中在药品用法用量(37.37%)和疾病症状询问(29.66%)两方面。咨询药品主要包括外用药物、解热镇痛抗炎药、抗生素等。结论:基于微信公众号构建的用药服务平台作为一种新的药学服务模式,能够更便捷地提供用药咨询、健康科普等服务,同时还可以打造儿童专科药学服务品牌,极大地提升药学服务水平。Objective: A medication service platform was constructed based on WeChat public account to provide pharmaceutical care, facilitate real-time online medication consultation for parents of children, and improve the quality of pediatric pharmaceutical care. Methods: Introducing the practice methods of online consultation in our hospital’s drug service platform, summarizing the content of medication consultation,and performing statistics and analysis by classification. Results: Our hospital’s medicine service platform included three modules: medication consultation, popular science display, and medication push. The platform had accumulated a stable users of more than 2000 peoples and collected 1272 medication consultations from November 2020 to March 2021. The consultation questions mainly focused on two aspects of drug usage and dosage(37.37%) and disease symptoms(29.66%), and the consultation medicines mainly included external medicine, antipyretic analgesics, antibiotics, etc. Conclusion: As a new pharmaceutical service model, the drug service platform based on WeChat public account can provide medication consultation, health science popularization and other services more conveniently, and it can also create a brand for children’s specialty pharmacy services, which greatly improves the level of pharmacy services.
