摘　　要：目的:通过分析老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)住院患者潜在不适当用药(PIM)情况,为呼吸专科临床药师参与临床药物治疗管理提供参考。方法:选取2020年1月~2020年6月期间本院呼吸内科老年COPD住院患者128例,以《中国老年人潜在不适当用药判断标准》(2017年版)和Beers标准(2019年版)为评价依据进行评价,总结患者PIM情况。结果:128例老年COPD住院患者,平均年龄为(74.51±7.11)岁;平均患病(5.27±4.93)种;平均用药(9.25±4.09)种。依据《中国老年人潜在不适当用药判断标准》(2017年版),检出43例(33.59%)患者存在PIM,共计66例次;依据Beers标准(2019年版),检出35例(27.34%)患者存在PIM,共计64例次。结论:2种标准在识别老年COPD患者PIM方面均具有重要意义,建议结合临床实际情况,联合应用2种标准,以检出更多PIM,保障患者用药安全。Objective: To analyze the potentially inappropriate medication(PIM) in hospitalized elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD), and provide references for respiratory clinical pharmacists to participate in clinical drug therapy management. Methods: A total of 128 elderly inpatients in respiratory department of our hospital from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected. The evaluation was based on Criteria of Potentially Inappropriate Medication for Older Adults in China(2017 Edition) and Beers criteria(2019 Edition). The PIM situation of patient’s was summarized. Results: The average age of 128 hospitalized elderly patients with COPD was(74.51±7.11) years old, the average number of diseases was(5.27±4.93). For each patient,(9.25±4.09) kinds of medicine had been used. According to the Criteria of Potentially Inappropriate Medication for Older Adults in China(2017 Edition), 43 patients(33.59%) got 66 PIM;and 35 patients(27.34%) got 64 PIM according to Beers criteria(2019 Edition). Conclusion: Two criteria have important application value in evaluating PIM of elderly patients with COPD. It is suggested to combine the two criteria with clinical practice to detect more PIM and ensure drug safety of patients.
