摘 要:目的:研究氢溴酸山莨菪碱注射液与氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:从专属性和精密度等角度考察氢溴酸山莨菪注射液与氯化钠注射液在0.04~4.0mg/ml浓度范围内的配伍稳定性。结果:氢溴酸山莨菪碱注射液与氯化钠注射液配伍,氢溴酸山莨菪碱浓度在0.04~4.0mg/ml范围,30h内配伍稳定。结论:氢溴酸山莨菪碱注射液与氯化钠注射液配伍使用,稳定性和安全性均较高,值得临床推广使用。Objective: To study the compatibility stability of anisodamine hydrobromide injection and sodium chloride injection, and to provide references for clinical rational drug use. Methods: The compatibility stability of anisodamine hydrobromide injection and sodium chloride injection in the concentration range from 0.04 mg/ml to 4.0 mg/ml was investigated from specificity and precision. Results: Anisodamine hydrobromide injection was compatible with sodium chloride injection, the concentration of anisodamine hydrobromide was in the range of 0.04~4.0 mg/ml, and the compatibility was stable within 30 h. Conclusion:The compatibility of anisodamine hydrobromide injection and sodium chloride injection has high stability and safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
