新时代智慧型医学语言服务人才培养创新模式探究

摘　　要：当前,随着全球信息化、现代化和文化多元化的发展,语言服务在国内外经济、文化的发展和建设中发挥着重要作用。但是,目前医学语言服务人才短缺,根据昆明医科大学的外语教学改革举措,提出了智慧型“医学+语言”的创新人才培养模式。当下,高校人才培养要谋求创新和智慧之路,从培养对象、培养理念和教学方法的创新与转变提出了一些思考,一方面为医学院校大学英语改革提供新思路,另一方面为医学院校学生的就业与发展提供新出路。At present,with the development of global informatization,modernization and cultural diversification,language service plays an important role in the development and construction of domestic and foreign economy and culture.However,there is a shortage of talents of language services in medical fields.We put forward an innovative mode of“medicine+language”through reforming training ideas and teaching methods,which can provide new ideas not only for the reform of college English in medical colleges and universities but also for the development and employment of medical college students.
