摘 要:创新型法律人才的培养已成为法学教育的时代主题,地方高校同样肩负着培养创新型法律人才的重要任务。地方高校在创新型法律人才培养过程当中存在教学手段单一、课程设置不合理、实践性教学重视不够、师资力量不够雄厚、校地合作与校校合作不够紧密等诸多问题。地方高校创新型法律人才的培养目标应定位于地方性、实务性、综合性、创新性。为了实现创新型法律人才的培养目标,地方高校应在教学方法改革、课程内容设置、实践性教学平台建设、多元化导师培育、校地合作、校校合作上做出重大努力与切实改进。The cultivation of innovative law talents has become the theme of law education.Local colleges and universities also shoulder the important task of cultivating innovative law talents.In the process of cultivating innovative law talents,there are many problems,such as single teaching means,unreasonable curriculum,insufficient attention to practical teaching,insufficient teachers,and insufficient close cooperation between colleges and universities and local authorities.The training goal of innovative law talents in local colleges and universities should be local,practical,comprehensive and innovative.In order to achieve the training goal of innovative law talents,local colleges and universities should make great efforts in teaching methods reform,curriculum content setting,practical teaching platform construction,diversified tutors’cultivation,close cooperation between colleges and universities and local authorities.
