摘　　要：目的了解系统性红斑狼疮患者的疾病获益感体验。方法采用描述性质性研究,选取12例系统性红斑狼疮患者进行半结构式访谈,运用传统内容分析法进行资料分析,提炼出主题。结果研究对象疾病获益感体验包括5个主题(13个亚主题):人生领悟(珍惜时间、感恩、规划人生);美好的品质(自律、自立、接受能力强);社会支持(家庭支持、同伴关心、病友支持);主动学习知识(药物知识、最新医学信息)和健康行为(控制饮食、锻炼)。结论医护人员应引导系统性红斑狼疮患者从疾病中感知益处,帮助其加强对疾病的认知和剖析,发挥获益感在患者心身健康发展方面的积极作用,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study the experience of benefit finding for patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Method Choose 12 patients with SLE to perform semi-structure interview by descriptive qualitative study.Analyze the information by traditional content analysis and extract the themes.Result Experience of benefit finding for patients includes 5 themes(13 sub-themes),which are life perceiving(cherishing time,gratefulness and plan for life);good qualities(self-discipline,independence and strong acceptance ability);social support(family support,peer support and wardmate support);active learning(knowledge on medicine and the latest medical information)and health behavior(diet control and exercise).Conclusion Medical staff should guide patients with SLE to find benefit from diseases,help them improve their cognition and analysis on disease,let benefit finding play a positive role in patients’psychological and physical health development and improve patients’quality of life.
