摘 要:进行了管廊天然气爆炸的相似模型试验,通过无人机对天然气爆炸火焰传播过程进行全历程摄像监测,将视频处理成图片,对天然气爆炸火焰长度及火焰传播速度的变化特征进行研究。结果表明,管廊内天然气爆炸火焰冲出舱外后,在初期约100 ms时间内,火焰迅速向外传播,火焰长度达1.25~1.75 m。随后火焰长度随时间变化的速率逐渐趋于平缓,而后火焰长度随时间变化的速率保持相对稳定。多次试验条件下,火焰最大长度的最大值为2.38 m,最小值为1.80 m。天然气爆炸火焰冲出管廊舱门瞬间的火焰传播速度最大,可达到15~22 m/s,此后火焰传播速度呈逐渐减小趋势,最终趋近于0。管廊内天然气爆炸火焰传播速度随时间近似成指数关系衰减。The similarity model test of natural gas explosion in utility tunnel was carried out.The whole process of flame propagation of natural gas explosion was monitored by UAV,and the video was processed into pictures to study the variation characteristics of flame length and flame propagation velocity of natural gas explosion.The results show that after the natural gas explosion flame in the utility tunnel rushes out of the compartment,the flame spreads outward rapidly within about 100 ms,and the flame length reaches 1.25-1.75 m.Subsequently,the change rate of flame length with time gradually becomes gentle,and then the change rate of flame length with time remains relatively stable.Under multiple test conditions,the maximum flame length is 2.38 m and the minimum is 1.80 m.The flame propagation velocity of natural gas explosion at the moment when the flame rushes out of the cabin door is the maximum,which can reach 15-22 m/s.After that,the flame propagation velocity gradually decreases and finally approaches 0.The flame propagation velocity of natural gas explosion in the utility tunnel decays approximately exponentially with time.
