摘  要:应急热备救援设施的设置方案影响热备机车、热备动车组的救援效率,对保证铁路正常运行秩序起着重要作用。新建某高原铁路地处青藏高原东南部,特殊的自然环境、长大隧道、高桥、长大坡道及复杂地形条件下的列车救援尚无先例。参照现有装备制造水平条件下成熟运用的内燃机车参数,计算确定了应急救援热备机车台数,以及全线困难条件下的热备机车出动救援至连挂运行的救援时间。热备机车救援场景为出现局部外部电源或接触网故障导致断电列车中途停车及自轮运转设备出现故障的情况;按旅客列车应急通风时间内热备机车连挂完成时间反推,测算出热备机车布点半径宜按50~70 km考虑,同时还需研发新型混合能源机车保证长大隧道内救援安全性。以现有成熟动车组参数分析该铁路热备动车组救援方式及场景,经计算该铁路30‰大坡道线路条件无法实现动车组互救,热备动车组救援场景为旅客换乘救援,林芝、昌都、新都桥配置热备动车组可满足旅客换乘救援需求。The setting scheme of emergency hot standby rescue facilities affects the rescue efficiency of hot standby locomotive and hot standby EMUs,and it plays an important role in ensuring the normal operation order of the railway.A new plateau railway is located in the southeast of Qinghai Tibet Plateau,there is no precedent for train rescue under such conditions as special natural environment,long tunnels,high bridges,long ramps and complex terrain conditions.The number of hot standby locomotives for emergency rescue and the rescue time from dispatch of hot standby locomotive to continuous operation under difficult conditions are calculated and determined with reference to the parameters of diesel locomotives that are maturely used under the current equipment manufacturing level.The hot standby locomotive rescue scene is a situation where a local external power supply or catenary failure causes the train to stop in case of power outage and failure of self-wheeling equipment.According to the execution time of the hot standby locomotives coupling in the emergency ventilation time of the passenger train,the location radius of the hot standby locomotives should be 50~70 km as calculated,and the new energy locomotive should be investigated to maintain the rescue safety in the long tunnel.The analysis of the rescue methods and scenes of the hot standby EMUs based on the parameters of the existing mature EMUs shows that the mutual rescue of the EMUs cannot be achieved on the 30‰ramp of the railway,the rescue scene of the hot standby EMUs should be passenger transfer.Nyingchi,Qamdo and Xinduqiao equipped with hot-standby EMUs can satisfy passenger transfer.
