美浮特皮肤抗菌液联合美浮特滋润修护凝胶治疗窝状角质松解症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察美浮特皮肤抗菌液联合美浮特滋润修护凝胶治疗窝状角质松解症的临床疗效。方法:选取2019-2021年在北京市昌平区中西医结合医院皮肤科门诊就诊和招募的窝状角质松解症病例24例,随机分成两组。治疗组采用美浮特皮肤抗菌液局部浸泡,联合美浮特滋润修护凝胶涂抹。对照组采用中药汤剂浸泡治疗。治疗时长8周。然后评估皮损变化及治疗效果,治疗结束后6个月进行随访。结果:治疗组12例,治愈10例,好转1例,无效1例,治愈率83.3%(10/12),有效率91.6%(11/12)。2例(16.7%)患者初期用药后局部皮肤出现红肿疼痛,经过对症治疗后症状缓解,未影响后续治疗。治疗过程中患者均无全身不良反应。对照组12例,治愈2例,好转2例,无效8例,治愈率16.6%(2/12),有效率33.3%(4/12)。治疗组的治愈率及有效率均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美浮特皮肤抗菌液联合美浮特滋润修护凝胶治疗窝状角质松解症的临床疗效优势显著,可操作性强,安全性好,值得临床推广使用。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Meifute skin antimicrobial liquid combined with Meifute moisturize and repair gel in the treatment of pitted keratolysis. Methods: Twenty-four patients with pitted keratolysis were treated in and recruited from Dermatology Outpatient Department, Beijing City Changping District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from 2019 to 2021, and they were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with local infusion using Meifute skin antimicrobial liquid combined with smearing using Meifute moisturize and repair gel. The control group was treated with infusion using traditional Chinese medicine decoction. The duration of treatment was 8 weeks. Then the changes of skin lesions and the therapeutic effect were evaluated. The patients were followed up for 6 months after the treatment. Results: In the treatment group of 12 cases, 10 cases were cured, 1 case was improved and 1 case was ineffective. The cure rate was 83.3%(10/12)and the effective rate was 91.6%(11/12). Two patients(16.7%) had local skin redness, swelling and pain after initial medication,and the symptoms were relieved after symptomatic treatment, which did not affect the subsequent treatment. There were no systemic adverse reactions during the treatment. In the control group of 12 cases, 2 cases were cured, 2 cases were improved and 8 cases were ineffective. The cure rate was 16.6%(2/12) and the effective rate was 33.3%(4/12). The cure rate and effective rate in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of Meifute skin antimicrobial liquid combined with MFT moisturize and repair gel in the treatment of pitted keratolysis has obvious advantages, strong maneuverability, and good safety. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
