自拟参附强心汤辅助治疗老年重症心力衰竭效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用自拟参附强心汤辅助治疗老年重症心力衰竭的价值。方法:选取北京市昌平区中医医院收治的90例老年重症心力衰竭患者,随机分成试验组与对照组两组各45例,对照组采取常规西医治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用自拟参附强心汤治疗。比较两组的治疗有效率、心功能指标及Lee评分。结果:试验组患者治疗总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组心功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组患者在Lee评分上明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用自拟参附强心汤辅助治疗老年重症心衰竭的效果满意,显著改善患者心功能及心衰症状,值得推广。Objective: To explore the value of self-made Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction assisted treatment in elderly patients with severe heart failure. Methods: Ninety elderly patients with severe heart failure admitted to Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Changping District of Beijing were selected and were randomly divided into a study group and a control group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the study group was treated with self-made Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction on the basis of the control group. The effective rate of treatment, heart function index and Lee score of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.56%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment, the heart function indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the Lee score of the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of self-made Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction assisted treatment in elderly patients with severe heart failure is satisfactory, and it can significantly improve the heart function and symptoms of heart failure in patients. It is worthy of promotion.
