心理护理在疗养康复中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理在疗养康复中的应用价值。方法:将90例在我院进行疗养康复的患者,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组采取心理护理进行干预,对照组进行常规护理。之后对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果:患者负面情绪比较,观察组明显优于对照组;观察组患者的依从性比对照组高,护理效果优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对我院疗养康复患者在常规护理的基础上加用心理护理,可提高护理效果,缓解患者的负面情绪,增强患者的治疗依从性,患者的预后因此得到了更好的保障。Objective: To explore the application value of psychological nursing in sanatory rehabilitation. Methods: Ninety patients undergoing sanatory rehabilitation in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group by random number table method. The observation group received psychological nursing care for intervention, and the control group received routine nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were then compared. Results: The observation group was significantly better than the control group in comparison of patients’ negative emotions. The patient’s compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The nursing effect of the observation group was better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: For sanatory rehabilitation patients in our hospital, the implementation of psychological nursing care on the basis of routine nursing care can improve nursing effect, alleviate the negative emotions of the patients, improve the treatment compliance of the patients, and better ensure the prognosis of the patients.
