两种不同口腔护理方法在预防儿童白血病化疗后口腔黏膜炎中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析两种不同口腔护理方法在儿童白血病化疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年7月-2021年3月在泰安市妇幼保健院进行大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗治疗的白血病患儿48例,随机分为对照组(n=24,采取0.05%氯已定漱口液漱口)和观察组(n=24,采取0.05%氯已定漱口液漱口+蒙脱石散含漱)。结果:口腔黏膜炎发生率,观察组为20.83%,低于对照组的45.83%(P<0.05);观察组护理后的OMDQ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);口腔清洁度,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);家长满意度,观察组为95.83%,优于对照组的70.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:0.05%氯已定漱口液漱口+蒙脱石散含漱的口腔护理方法,对大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗治疗白血病患儿口腔黏膜炎的预防效果更加显著,可提升患儿的口腔清洁度,降低口腔黏膜炎发生率,改善生活质量。Objective: To analyze the application effect of two different oral nursing methods in chemotherapy of children with leukemia. Methods: A total of 48 children with leukemia received high-dose methotrexate chemotherapy in Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from July 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n = 24, gargling with 0.05% chlorhexidine gargle) and observation group(n = 24, gargling with 0.05% chlorhexidine gargle + montmorillonite powder mouthwash). Results: The incidence of oral mucositis was 20.83% in observation group, which was lower than that in control group45.83%(P<0.05);After nursing, the OMDQ score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05);The oral cleanliness in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of parents was 95.83% in observation group, which was higher than that in control group 70.83%(P<0.05). Conclusion: The oral nursing method of 0.05%chlorhexidine gargle + montmorillonite powder mouthwash has significant effect on the prevention of oral mucositis in children with leukemia treated with high-dose methotrexate chemotherapy. It can improve the oral cleanliness of children, reduce the incidence of oral mucositis and improve quality of life.
