摘　　要：通过调研2020年全国U18女子排球锦标赛新的技术、战术亮点,探析U18女排优秀球队和新秀个人技术领先的内涵以及原因:一是运动技术正迁移;二是比赛战术基本达到常态化。旨在为促进全国女排培养后备力量成才与U18女排锦标赛提高水平提供参考。By studying the new technical and tactical highlights of the 2020 National U18 Women’s Volleyball Championships,this paper explores the connotation and reason for the technical superiority of the outstanding U18 women’s volleyball teams and individual players:First,sports techniques were experiencing a positive migration,and second,the game tactics had basically reached normalization.The aim of this paper is to provide references for advancing the cultivation of the reserve forces of the National Women’s Volleyball Team and improving the standard of the U18 Women’s Volleyball Championships.
