摘 要:以含钾页岩、磷肥副产氟硅酸、工业硫酸为原料,以高效的微波能作为反应加热条件,考查氟硅酸的浓度、矿氟比、反应矿酸比三因素对含钾岩石中钾溶出率的影响,并通过原子吸收分光光度法测定溶液中水溶性钾含量计算钾的提取率,通过正交试验并对实验结果进行极差分析和方差分析,结果表明,矿酸比对矿石中钾的提取率影响最为显著,氟硅酸浓度、矿氟比次之,氟硅酸浓度为40%、矿氟比为1∶2.5、矿酸比1∶0.5,此条件下钾的提取率可达为98.10%。With potassium rock,fluorosilicic acid by-product of phosphate rock,industrial sulfuric acid as raw materials,with high efficiency of microwave energy as a reaction heating condition,fluosilicic acid concentration,the ratio of ore to fluorine and the ratio of reaction ore to acid were investigated to find the influence of dissolution rate in potassiumof rockon.with the determination of water-soluble potassium content in solution accounting potassium extraction yield by atomic absorption spectrophotometry,through the orthogonal experiment,analyzed the experimental results with analysis of rangeand and variance.The results showed that acid ore ratio gived the most significant effect on the extraction rate of potassium,fluosilicic acid concentration and mine fluorine ratio were the second.Under the conditions with fluosilicic acid concentration 40%,mine fluorine ratio 1∶2.5,mineral acid ratio 1∶0.5,the potassium extraction yield reached 98.10%.
