摘 要:从罗丹明B出发,通过两步合成了一个新的罗丹明类的荧光分子,并对汞离子进行了荧光识别,首先将罗丹明B肼解得到罗丹明酰肼,然后让罗丹明酰肼和5-甲基-4,6-二羟基-1,3-苯二醛(以下简称Q_(2))反应合成了一个荧光分子探针RQ,并通过1H NMR、HR-MS和红外光谱对其进行了结构表征;最后利用荧光滴定法测定了RQ对Hg^(2+)的识别效果,结果发现:当激发波长为510 nm时,在波长为582 nm处出现荧光发射峰。以乙腈-水的混合体系为溶剂时,对Hg^(2+)有较好的识别效果。荧光强度随Hg^(2+)的浓度增大而增大。A new fluorescent molecule was synthesized and fluorescent recognition of mercury ions was carried out.Firstly,Rhodamine B hydrazine was hydrolyzed to rhodamine hydrazide,and then rhodamine hydrazide was reacted with 5-methyl-4,6-dihydroxy-1,3-phenylenedialdehyde(hereinafter referred to as Q_(2))to synthesize a fluorescent molecular probe RQ,which was characterized by 1H NMR,HR-MS and infrared spectroscopy;Finally,the recognition effect of RQ on Hg^(2+)was measured by fluorescence titration.The results showed that when the excitation wavelength was 510 nm,the fluorescence emission peak appeared at 582 nm.When acetonitrile water mixed system is used as solvent,it has good recognition effect on Hg^(2+).The fluorescence intensity increases with the increase of Hg^(2+)concentration.
