磷酸铵镁沉淀技术回收养殖场废水中磷的研究进展

摘  要:养殖场废水中含有丰富的磷元素,如果未经处理直接排放会造成大量磷元素的浪费。采用磷酸铵镁沉淀技术可以有效处理并回收废水中的磷元素。通过探索工艺条件发现,当pH值为9.5时,以氯化镁作为镁源,Mg、N、P物质的量比为1.2∶1.2∶1时,以0.5~1.0 mm、2 g的白云石作为晶种可以使磷酸根的去除率实现99%,而磷灰石作为晶种对磷酸根的去除率仅有97.46%,但两种晶种材料都能使处理后的废水水质符合污水综合排放标准,获得的沉淀产物形貌规则且具有很高的经济效益。最后对两种晶种材料进行经济成本核算发现,无论是磷灰石还是白云石,所需的经济成本都相差不大,其中白云石处理废水所需的费用为79.62元,而磷灰石则需要84.53元,说明晶种诱导养殖场废水中磷酸根的回收具有很高的经济性。Farming wastewater has rich phosphorus resources.If it is discharged directly without any treatment process,willbe caused cause large loss of phosphorus.The magnesium ammonium phosphate(MAP)precipitation technology is one of the most effective methods to remove and recover phosphorus from farming wastewater.The results showed when the operating conditions of pH 9.5,MgCl_(2) used as the magnesium source,the Mg:N∶P molar ratio 1.2∶1.2∶1,and the 0.5~1.0 mm size with 2 g of dolomite as the seed materials,the phosphorus removal efficiency could reach 99%,whereas,the phosphorus removal efficiency was 97.46%with the apatite as seed materials.The water quality achieved the comprehensive sewage discharge standards,and the obtained precipitated product had regular morphology and high economic benefits.Finally,the economic cost accounting of the seed materials showed that the economic cost required for both apatite and dolomite is similar.Among them,the cost of dolomite for farming wastewater treatment is 79.62 yuan,while the cost of apatite needs 84.53 yuan,indicating that seed materials induced the phosphorus recovery from farming wastewater is highly economical.
