摘  要:目的:建立一种地骨皮及其混伪品的红外指纹图谱鉴别方法。方法:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)分析地骨皮及混伪品的红外光谱特征,利用共有峰率和变异峰率的双指标序列分析其亲缘关系。结果:正品地骨皮在4000~400 cm^(-1)范围内有14个共有峰,共有峰率≥82.3%,变异峰率≤14.3%,亲缘关系很近。混伪品与正品间的共有峰减少,并产生新的吸收峰,共有峰率≤77.5%,变异峰率≥15.4%。结论:本文明确了地骨皮正品的红外共有峰模式,得到了可计量的共有峰率和变异峰率双指标序列分析样品间的亲缘关系。Objective:To establish an Infrared spectrum identification method for Lycii Cortex and its adulterants.Method:Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)was used to analyze Lycii Cortex and its adulterants.The genetic relationship was analyzed by using the dual-index sequence.Result:There were 14 common peaks in the range of 4000~400 cm^(-1),the common peak ratios were higher than 82.3%and the variant peak ratios were lower than 14.3%between genuine Lycii Cortex.The common peaks between genuine and its adulterants decreased,and a few new absorption peaks were generated.The common peak ratios were lower than 77.5%and lowest variant peak ratio were higher than 15.4%between genuine and its adulterants.Conclusion:The common mode peaks of FTIR of Lycii Cortex were established,and the measurable dual-index series of common peak and variation peak ratios were obtained.
