摘　　要：采用水热法合成了硒化镍(NiSe),将其与多壁碳米管(MWCNT)超声得到性能稳定的NiSe/MWCNT复合纳米材料。以NiSe/MWCNT为修饰电极,构建了可用于对硝基苯酚定量检测的电化学新方法。采用循环伏安等电化学方法对所制备的修饰电极进行了表征;并研究了对硝基苯酚在所制备电极表面的电化学行为和优化测试条件。结果表明,对硝基苯酚(4-NP)在NiSe/MWCNT修饰电极有一个氧化峰、两个还原峰;其中第二个还原峰最明显,利用该峰可对4-NP进行定量检测。在优化条件为pH值5.0的B-R缓冲液中,当富集电位为1.0 V,富集时间为2 s,4-NP还原峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10^(-5)~8.0×10^(-3) mol/L范围内呈良好线关系,检出限可达3.0×10^(-6) mol/L;该电极在结构类似物2,4-二硝基氯苯存在的条件下还能表现良好的检测选择性。Nickel selenide(NiSe)was synthesized by hydrothermal method,and its stable NiSe/MWCNT composite nanomaterials were obtained by ultrasonic with multiwall carbon nanotubes(MWCNT).A new electrochemical method for the quantitative determination of p-nitrophenol was constructed with NiSe/MWCNT as modified electrode.The modified electrode was characterized by cyclic voltammetry and other electrochemical methods;the electrochemical behavior of p-nitrophenol on the surface of the prepared electrode and the optimized test conditions were studied.The results show that the nitrophenol(4-NP)has one oxidation peak and two reduction peaks at the NiSe/MWCNT modified electrode;the second reduction peak is most obvious,which can be used for quantitative detection of 4-NP.In B-R buffer optimized for pH 5.0,when the enrichment potential is 1.0 V and the enrichment time is 2 s,4-NP reduction peak current has a good linear relationship with its concentration in the range of 1.0×10^(-5)~8.0×10^(-3) mol/L,and the detection limit can reach 3.0×10^(-6) mol/L.The electrode also showed good selectivity in the presence of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene.
