摘 要:当今世界环氧乙烷/乙二醇产业蓬勃发展,单套装置当量环氧乙烷产能(EOE)越来越大,生产中用于脱除惰性组分并回收乙烯的膜分离单元处理能力越来越大,常规的有机蒸汽(VOC)膜分离技术产生较多的低压渗透气,这部分气体需要经过乙烯回收压缩机压缩,才能返回至循环气系统回收乙烯。由于较高的回收气流量,该方案对乙烯回收压缩机的选型及制造带来了较大的挑战。高压膜分离技术在本装置的应用可以使膜分离尾气直接进入循环气,较大程度降低了乙烯回收压缩机的负荷。本文通过比较高、低压膜分离技术在大型EO/EG装置应用的优劣,论证采用高压膜分离技术,可以优化工艺流程,避免分离气进入乙烯回收压缩机,节省了投资成本和运行成本,因此推荐大型同类装置考虑应用高压膜分离技术方案。In today's world,the ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol industry is booming,and the equivalent ethylene oxide capacity of a single set of plant is increasing.Membrane separation units used to remove inert components and recover ethylene in production are increasingly capable of processing.Conventional organic steam(VOC)membrane separation technology produces more low-pressure permeable gas,which needs to be compressed by an ethylene recovery compressor before being returned to the circulating gas system to recover ethylene.Because of the high recovery gas flow rate,this scheme brings great challenges to the selection and manufacture of ethylene recovery compressor.The application of high pressure membrane separation technology in this plant can make the membrane separation tail gas directly into the circulating gas,which greatly reduces the load of ethylene recovery compressor.In this paper,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of high and low pressure membrane separation technology in the application of large EO/EG plants,it is demonstrated that the use of high pressure membrane separation technology can optimize the process flow,avoid the separation gas into the ethylene recovery compressor,save the investment cost and operation cost.Therefore,recommend the large similar plants to consider the application of high pressure membrane separation technology scheme.
