两钠装置转化工段设计要点浅析

摘　　要：硝酸钠和亚硝酸钠是两种用途十分广泛的无机盐产品,直接法生产两钠是我国硝盐生产企业普遍采用的方法,转化工段是其中至关重要的工段之一。本文总结了两钠装置转化工段的工艺流程、反应原理、设计及计算要点,提出对出装置流股进行热量回收以减少蒸汽消耗,降低企业运行成本。Sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite are two widely used inorganic salt products.Direct production of sodium nitrate is a common method used by nitrate production enterprises in China,and the conversion unit is one of the most important units.This paper summarizes the process flow,reaction principle,design and calculation points of the conversion unit of two sodium plant,and puts forward the heat recovery of the effluent stream to reduce steam consumption and reduce the operation cost of the enterprise.
