摘  要:非甲烷总烃(NMHC)作为挥发性有机物总量判断的重要指标,其结果测定的准确性至关重要。本研究在其他测试条件一致的情况下,使用经惰性化处理的阀和未经惰性化处理的阀分别进样,对标准样品、无组织排放监控点空气样品和有组织排放废气进行测试。结果表明:未经惰性化处理的进样阀对标气等单一组分影响较小,对多组分、复杂实际空气和废气样品结果影响较大;经惰性化处理的进样阀对标气和复杂样品的结果准确性影响较小。因此,在NMHC测定时,建议选择经惰性化处理的进样阀、进样管路和定量环,以减少对NMHC测定的影响。Non-methane total hydrocarbons(NMHC)is an important indicator for judging the total amount of volatile organic compounds,and the accuracy of the results is very important.In this study,when other test conditions were the same,inertized valves and non-inertized valves were used to inject samples separately,and the standard samples,unorganized emission monitoring point air samples and organized exhaust gas were tested.The results show that the injection valve without inerting treatment has little effect on the standard gas and other single components,and has a greater impact on the results of multi-component,complex actual air and exhaust gas samples;the injection valve has little effect impact on the standard gas and the accuracy of the results of complex samples is less affected.Therefore,in the NMHC determination,it is recommended to select the inertized injection valve,injection pipeline and quantitative loop to reduce the influence on the NMHC determination.
