固载型纳米TiO_(2)光催化对城镇污水消毒研究

摘  要:以泡沫镍作为载体,利用电沉积技术将纳米TiO_(2)负载在泡沫镍上,制成固载型TiO_(2)光催化材料和光催化反应器。相同条件下,紫外线消毒反应器4 min内可达到3.48个对数级的粪大肠杆菌灭活率,而光催化反应器3 min内即可达到3.45个对数级的粪大肠杆菌灭活率,光催化反应器较单纯紫外线消毒具有更好的消毒效果;反应时间4 min时,污水浊度达到4 NTU以上时,即对紫外线消毒反应器粪大肠杆菌灭活率产生显著影响;而对光催化反应器,只有在污水超过6 NTU后,粪大肠杆菌灭活率才会显著降低。试验表明,光催化反应和紫外线杀菌具有协同消毒作用,能显著提高紫外线消毒的速度和反应效率,降低消毒所需的紫外线辐射剂量,降低浊度对紫外线消毒效果的影响。固载型光催化技术研究,对降低紫外线消毒投资和运行成本,促进城市污水紫外线消毒技术的推广具有重要意义。TiO_(2) was loaded on its carrier nickel foam by electrodeposition to combined with 10ppm hydrogen peroxide so as to construct H 2O 2-TiO_(2) photocatalytic reactor.Under the same conditions,the ultraviolet disinfection reactor achieved 3.48 log reduction of fecal coliform within 4 min,while the photocatalytic reactor achieved 3.45 log reduction of fecal coliform within 3 min.The photocatalytic reactor had a better disinfection efficiency than the ultraviolet disinfection alone.When the reaction time was 4 min and the turbidity of sewage reached over 4 NTU,the inactivation rate of fecal coliform in the ultraviolet disinfection reactor was significantly affected.In the photocatalytic reactor,the inactivation rate of fecal coliform decreased significantly only when the turbidity of sewage reached over 6 NTU.The results show that the photocatalytic reaction and the ultraviolet sterilization have synergistic effect on disinfection,which can significantly improve the speed and reaction efficiency of ultraviolet disinfection,reduce the ultraviolet radiation dose needed for disinfection,and reduce the influence of turbidity on ultraviolet disinfection effect.The research on photocatalysis technology using immobilized TiO_(2) has a great significance to reduce the investment and operation cost of ultraviolet disinfection and to promote the popularization of ultraviolet disinfection technology of wastewater.
