摘  要:采用铁炭微电解预处理中药废水,考察了进水pH值、反应时间、铁炭比例、曝气量、粒径、进水水温等因素对COD去除率的影响,并提出使用该工艺技术应注意的安全问题。结果表明,当pH值=3.0,铁炭比例为1.5∶1,反应时间50 min,粒径3.0 mm,曝气量8 L/min时,在夏季气温25℃以上时COD去除率可达33.41%;在冬季气温低于10℃时,保持进水水温15℃以上,COD去除率可达14.51%以上,具有最佳处理效果和经济性。The influence of influent pH,reaction time,proportion of iron and carbon,aeration rate,particle size and influent water tempreture on COD removal rate was investigated by using iron carbon micro-electrolysis pretreatment of traditional Chinese medicine wastewater,and some safety problems that should be paid attention to were put forward.The results showed that when influent pH value was 3.0,the volme ratio of iron to carbon was 1.5∶1,the reaction time was 50 min,the particle size was 3.0 mm,and the aeration rate was 8 L/min,the COD removal rate can reach 33.41%at the temperature above 25℃in summer.When the winter temperature is lower than 10℃and the influent water temperature is above 15℃,the COD removal rate can reach 14.51%,which best treatment effect and economy.
