摘　　要：现有研究表明银屑病患者较正常人群更易合并心血管疾病及出现心血管疾病相关危险因素。银屑病的皮肤表现及合并的心血管疾病的发病机制中似乎都有白介素(IL)-17A的参与,因此,理论上抗IL-17A疗法不仅可以改善银屑病的皮肤症状,还可同时治疗心血管系统炎症。本文就IL-17A的生物学作用及其在合并心血管疾病的银屑病患者中作用的研究进行综述。Existing researches indicate that patients with psoriasis are more likely to suffer from cardiovascular diseases and related risk factors than normal people.It seems that interleukin(IL)-17A is involved in the skin manifestations of psoriasis and pathogenesis of complicated cardiovascular diseases.Therefore,in theory anti-IL-17A therapy can not only improve the skin symptoms of psoriasis,but also treat cardiovascular system inflammation.The present article reviews biological role of IL-17A and researches for its role in psoriasis patients with cardiovascular diseases.
