摘 要:目的:探讨筋膜上股前外侧皮瓣(ALTF)微创制备法在口腔颌面部软组织缺损修复重建中的价值。方法:选取2019年11月~2020年11月某院收治的96例口腔颌面部软组织缺损患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各48例,对照组采用胸锁乳突肌皮瓣修复,观察组采用筋膜上ALTF微创制备法治疗,观察至术后3个月。对比两组临床疗效、手术情况、并发症。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,各项手术有关指标均较对照组优,并发症较对照组低,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:相较于胸锁乳突肌皮瓣修复,筋膜上ALTF微创制备法具有所选皮瓣大、手术、住院时间短等优势,口腔颌面部软组织缺损修复重建效果更佳,并能够降低术后并发症发生风险,安全可行,值得应用。Objective:To explore the value of minimally invasive preparation of upper fascia anterolateral thigh flaps(ALTF)for the repair and reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects.Methods:A total of 96 patients with oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects admitted to a hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was repaired with sternocleidomastoid myocutaneous flaps,and the observation group was treated with the minimally invasive preparation method of upper fascia anterolateral thigh flaps.The two groups were observed for 3 months after the operation.The clinical efficacy,surgical conditions,and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.All the relevant surgical indexes were better than those in the control group,and the complications were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the repair of sternocleidomastoid myocutaneous flaps,the minimally invasive preparation method of ALTF on the fascia has the advantages of large selected flaps,shorter operation and shorter hospital stay,which is more effective for the repair and reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects,can reduce the risk of postoperative complications,with safety and feasibility,and is worthy of application.
