摘　　要：日本共产党成立至今百年,相继通过“评议会”“全协”“产别会议”“全劳联”等全国性工会组织,为开展工人运动付出了不懈的努力。日共发展工人运动的基本经验是结合日本革命实际,坚持自下而上地组织产业工会,坚持工会支持政党自由,坚持经济斗争与政治斗争相结合。然而,左翼工会难以扭转组织逐年萎缩趋势,改良主义工会挤压日共及其工会的发展空间,日共党势不断衰落进一步影响工人运动振兴,是为日共所面临的严峻挑战。The Japanese Communist Party(JCP)has made unremitting efforts to carry out the labor movement through national trade unions such as the“Japan Trade Union Council”,“National Agreement of Trade Unions of Japan”,“Congress of Industrial Unions of Japan”and“National Confederation of Trade Unions”in the past 100 years since its establishment.The basic experience of the JCP in developing the labor movement was its insistence on organizing industrial unions from the bottom up,on the freedom of trade unions to support political parties,and on combining economic and political struggles,in the context of the Japanese revolution.However,the difficulties of the left-wing unions in reversing the trend of shrinking organizations year by year,the pressure of reformist unions on the development space of the JCP and its unions,and the continuous decline of the JCP that further affects the revitalization of the workers’movement are still serious challenges facing the JCP.
