摘  要:2016年制苯装置对二段加氢反应器进行扩能改造,催化剂再生周期和使用寿命翻倍。截至2020年底,催化剂已经超出使用寿命半年,连续运行了54个月没有再生。催化剂的运行情况如何,能否再坚持运行4个月,需要进行考察验证。本文通过对比分析发现,2020年底催化剂运行平稳,产品指标达标,各项指标较投用初期无明显降低,反应器入口温度有继续提高的空间,在严密监控下催化剂可以继续使用。In 2016,the unit expanded the capacity of the second stage hydrogenation reactor,doubled the catalyst regeneration cycle and service life.By the end of 2020,the catalyst has exceeded its design life for half a year and has operated continuously for 54 months without regeneration.The performance of catalyst and whether it can continue to operate for another four months need to be investigated and verified.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the catalyst runs smoothly by the end of 2020,the product indexes meet the standards,various indexes are not significantly lower than initial stage,and the inlet temperature of reactor has room to increase.The catalyst can continue to be used under close monitoring.
