摘　　要：三催化装置气压机在冶炼厂生产过程中起着重要的作用,管理好气压机检修工作使其在运行中保证长周期高负荷。针对某炼油厂三催化装置气压机解体检修方案及检修技术要点进行阐述,做到了运行、维护与检修相结合,保证装置安全、稳定、长周期运行。Catalytic unit gas compressor plays an important role in the production process of the smelter,and managing the gas compressor overhaul work well makes it ensure long-cycle high load in operation.For a refinery three catalytic device gas compressor disassembly and overhaul plan and overhaul technology points are elaborated,so that the operation,maintenance and overhaul combined to ensure the safe,stable and long-cycle operation of the device.
